Fire Cupping

Fire Cupping Therapy is essentially a reverse massage! We create negative pressure (a vacuum, free of oxygen) in glass cups which are then applied to the skin, suctioning the tissues into the cup. This type of body work gently separates the interstitial layers of muscle and fascia, helping to relieve tension and pain, improve circulation, relieve energetic stagnation and release toxins. After your treatment, you have really cool "cupping marks" which tell us about your internal health that you can showoff to your friends!
